If you order by 1pm (GMT) 21st December 2023 we will guarantee delivery by Christmas and will refund you in full if a delivery attempt has not been made by the 24th December. Please note the following factors, which are beyond our control, are excluded from this guarantee;

All our gift hampers for UK delivery are available for Saturday delivery.
 

Once you add a hamper to your basket, you’ll be given the option to choose which Saturday you’d like delivery on.
 

In this collection, prices of hampers include UK weekend hamper delivery. This is via our reputable courier who delivers hampers on a tracked service.

If you’re choosing UK weekend delivery, you’ll need to order by around 1pm on Friday. This is so that we have time to hand-pack your gift hamper and dispatch it on an express courier service for delivery the next day.
 

You can also order in advance and choose a later hamper delivery date in the checkout. For example you can order months in advance and choose a future delivery date. 1pm on the Friday before the Saturday delivery date is the latest to order.
 

During our Christmas season – October to December – we recommend ordering as soon as you’re able to as many of our Christmas hampers sell out.

Saturday hamper delivery costs around £7.50 per hamper. In this section, UK Saturday delivery is already factored into the hamper price, so the price you see is the final price you pay.
 

If you change the delivery option to either another country or another UK hamper delivery service (such as standard UK delivery or UK next working day delivery), you’ll see the hamper price updates.

Yes, once you have added a hamper to the basket you’ll enter the checkout process upon which you’ll be able to select your preferred delivery date.
 

You can choose the soonest UK Saturday for delivery or you can choose a future date. We always recommend ordering as in advance as you can in case a gift hamper sells out by the time you’re ready to order.
 

When your gift hamper is dispatched – which will be the day before your Saturday delivery date – you will receive tracking information from our courier.

Yes, weekend hamper delivery is UK only. This is because it takes longer for our couriers to deliver hampers to overseas countries and some couriers do not operate on Saturdays.
 

For overseas countries, hamper delivery typically occurs on weekdays, but in some instances couriers may attempt delivery at weekends.

We offer same day delivery UK gifts via out Gift by Text option.
 

Gift by Text allows you to choose any gift hamper and send the hamper by a link via text message or email. Recipients can receive the link containing the gift on the same day you purchase, and the link allows them to enter their own address details and choose their preferred delivery date.
 

This is a great same day gifting option as it’s helpful for last minute gifts and allows your recipient to control when they physically receive the hamper.
 

Gift by Text is more personal than a general gift voucher. You choose the gift hamper you’d like to send and enter your gift message. Your recipient sees via the link which hamper you’ve chosen for them and they can read your thoughtful gift message.

Yes, all our hampers include a gift card with your personal message. In the checkout you’ll be able to enter your message and if you’d rather keep the gift card blank, just don’t enter a message and we’ll send the blank gift card for you to handwrite yourself.
 

If you’re sending your food hamper to a loved one rather than yourself, we always recommend entering a gift message so that they know who they’re receiving the hamper from.

Yes all our gift hampers are delivered on a tracked, express service. When the hamper is dispatched – usually 1-2 days before UK delivery – you’ll receive updates. You’ll then be able to monitor gift hamper delivery progress.
