8. Make your own vegan fudge!

The easy recipe is from The Vegan Society.
You’ll need:
- 6 tablespoons maple syrup
- 4-5 tbsps of peanut butter
- 55g sesame seeds
- 55g sunflower seeds
- 55g cocoa powder
- 30g dessicated coconut
- 30g sultanas
Method:
- Combine the maple syrup and peanut butter in a saucepan, stirring continuously with a wooden spoon.
- Remove from heat and immediately add all other ingredients, except the sultanas, mixing well.
- Grease a small tin and press the mixture into it, smoothing the top.
- Sprinkle with sultanas and press into the fudge.
- Pop into the fridge until firm.
