It will depend upon which hamper you are ordering and when you require delivery.
 

We list the earliest best before dates for each hamper on their individual pages. So if you require delivery in November, we recommend you look at the product description of the hamper required.
 

If there is no earliest best before date displayed, then it is likely the hamper contains shorter dated products (such as cheese or baked products) which may have a best before date prior to Christmas.
 

If you require delivery in December all hampers will have best before dates suitable for Christmas.
 

The majority of our Christmas hamper presents will have best before dates no earlier than 15th January, however, some fresh hampers (such as those containing cheese) may have earliest best before dates for their fresh items just after Christmas.
 

Please note you can order for a later date. We'll schedule your hamper to be dispatched so that it is received on or just prior to the delivered by date you provide in checkout when you're adding delivery address details.

We're very lucky here at The British Hamper Company – we spend much of the year speaking with small artisan producers and sampling their specialist produce in order to design the best Christmas hampers possible for the festive season.

Our bespoke British icon gift boxes are made from strong card and offer a contemporary and more cost-effective alternative to traditional wicker.
 

We hand tie our lidded boxes in navy blue grosgrain ribbon, and we find lots of people love to reuse the box afterwards for home storage.
