Delivery Timescales

The British Hamper Company provides UK and international delivery via reputable couriers such as DHL and UPS. Unless you have requested a future delivery date if you order between Monday - 1pm Friday we aim to dispatch your hamper within 24 hours. Orders received after 1pm on Friday to Sunday will be dispatched the following Monday.

Earliest Delivery Dates

When you have selected a hamper you are interested in the earliest delivery date available for your country of choice will be displayed when you select the delivery country in the drop down box under the hamper image.

In checkout after submitting delivery address details you can choose to select this date or a future date for the intended occasion.

Specific delivery date in mind?

No matter where you are sending your hamper in the world you can select your 'delivered by' date when entering your delivery address details in checkout and we will endeavor to deliver your hamper on or just prior to the date you have selected. However please note this is a guideline only and cannot be guaranteed as very occasionally factors beyond our control can sometime cause delay.

 

 

 

 

'Delivered By' Dates

 

For shipments going abroad our stated earliest delivery dates are ‘delivered by' dates and therefore your hamper may arrive on or slightly before the 'delivered by' date.

 

Remote Areas

 

Delivery to remote areas is likely to take longer than the 'Earliest Delivery Date' displayed below each hamper, however once you have entered your delivery address details in checkout a more accurate 'Earliest Delivery Date' will be displayed on the following 'Delivery Dates' checkout page.

Please note there may be an additional remote area surcharge if your delivery destination is in a remote area within your selected country (for example UK Highlands and Islands, Australian Outback, the Alps). The remote area surcharge is an additional fee charged by our couriers and in order to keep delivered prices competitive for all customers unfortunately we have to charge up to £10 for delivery to these areas. If a remote area surcharge is required it will be displayed on the 'Delivery Dates' checkout page before you have checked out.
