Our ambient gluten free hampers, vegan hampers, halal gift baskets, alcohol free hampers and reduced sugar gift hampers and vegetarian hampers have a shelf life of a minimum of 28 days from the chosen delivery date.
 

Our ambient dietary hampers are those that do not contain fresh produce such as cheese, smoked salmon or scones.
 

Because these hampers for special diets last for 28 days or more, you can order your food hamper in advance. This is a great idea during popular gifting occasions such as if you’re sending a Christmas food hamper, a Father’s Day hamper or a Mother’s Day hamper. It ensures you beat the crowds before the dietary hamper of your choice sells out. It also means that you can order a Christmas hamper ahead of Christmas day and rest assured knowing it will last until Christmas and beyond. 

For our fresh dietary hampers, such as British cheese hampers or picnic hampers containing smoked salmon, the shelf life is 4 days. The food hamper will be delivered to the door with ice packs surrounding the fresh produce, but it's recommended you ensure your recipient is at home to open the food hamper on the day it's delivered. 
 

On every dietary hamper there will be a little hang tag that says the earliest best before date of the food hamper. This indicates the food product inside the gift hamper that has the shortest shelf life. The rest of the produce in the gift hamper will have longer best before date.
 

Each food item in our dietary hampers is clearly labelled with its own best before date.

Yes, many of our gluten free hampers happen to be vegan and similarly many of our vegan hampers happen to be gluten free.
